Bulgarian Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Promotion Agency, represented by its Executive Director – Mr. Boyko Takov, and The confederation of corporate citizenship of Tunisia (CONECT), represented by the President of the Organization – Mr. Foued Gueddich, signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The document will assist in the development of trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Tunisia in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises. All of that due to the fact that CONECT is one of the largest business organizations in the country, focused on the development and internationalization of local SMEs. Currently, the organization has over 250 company members, which are interested in expanding their international activities.
CONECT provides a variety of services to businesses – from organizing forums and B2B meetings to reporting economic information on international markets, trade missions and business forums around the world, as well as institutional liaison with public and private organizations around the world.
Among the initiatives of the Confederation is a business forum, which will be held in March 2020, which will bring together representatives of more than 30 African countries, with the opportunity of Bulgarian participation.
The Memorandum was signed within the framework of the Bulgarian-Tunisian Business Forum, held in the North African country, accompanied by a session of the Bulgarian-Tunisian Intergovernmental Commission.
The event met representatives of Bulgarian and Tunisian businesses and enabled companies to find new international partners during numerous B2B meetings.
