Since 2021, the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA) has been the lead partner in the Go International (GoInt) project, carried out under the Interreg „Greece-Bulgaria“ 2014-2020 cross-border cooperation program, in partnership with the German-Greek Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Greek-Italian Chamber of Commerce. The main activities outlined for implementation under the GoInt project include organizing and conducting informational sessions, training sessions, trade missions, and developing an informational electronic platform.
One of the main objectives of the project is to inform Bulgarian micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) from the regions of Haskovo, Kardzhali, Smolyan, and Blagoevgrad, with a sectoral focus on products such as organic goods, sunflower oil, traditional dairy products, traditional bakery products, natural juices, seeds, wine, nuts, gourmet products/spices, and confectionery. The aim is to inform them about the opportunities for entering international markets. Two target markets have been defined for the project: Vietnam and Israel.
In this context, BSMEPA is organizing an event titled „Agricultural Sector of Israel – Challenges, Innovations, and Business Opportunities“ in collaboration with the Embassy of Israel in Sofia. During the event, the opportunities for Bulgarian producers to establish direct contacts with potential partners will be presented.
The event will take place in a hybrid format on July 14, 2022, starting at 11:00 AM. If you’re interested, you can register at the following link: registration link, and declare your participation in the meeting by July 13, 2022. The event will be held in the ground floor hall of BSMEPA, located at 4 Lege Street, Sofia. A supplementary program of the event will be sent to all registered participants, along with a link for online participants to join. Translation will be provided during the event.
