Grow.Global continues with a series of mentoring sessions featuring leading experts who will assist companies in successfully exporting their products

The export training program, Grow.Global, which presented the most crucial aspects of the internationalization and export process through dozens of lectures by prominent Bulgarian managers, is now moving forward with a series of mentoring sessions. These sessions aim to provide valuable guidance to Bulgarian companies on their journey towards new markets.

Over the course of 10 mentoring sessions, guided by some of the most successful managers from companies, business organizations, chambers of commerce, and more, participating companies will have the opportunity to receive valuable and concrete advice tailored to their operations. This guidance will aid them in realizing their products or services in new markets.

These sessions will begin on February 28th with groups of up to 10 companies. The aim is to facilitate active dialogues where each company can present their objectives. Each session will last for up to 4 hours.

The first mentoring session will feature Gena Sabeva – a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and mentor with over 30 years of professional experience.

Confirmed lecturers for the program include Dimitar Mandov, founder of Prospectika – a software robot created by professional B2B traders based on the best algorithms, strategies, and sales methodologies; Ivo Konstantinov, Head of the American Chamber of Commerce office in Bulgaria in Washington; Asen Georgiev, founder of ABLE MENTOR, Team Lead & Senior Project Manager at Tech Tour Global; and Tsvyatko Kabakchiyski, board member of the Central and Eastern European Trade Chamber in Vietnam.

The managing partner is the family company for project management in construction, „Sabevi Group,“ which also develops its own franchise brand, „VIT – The Mattress Exchange.“ Gena Sabeva established the Association of Interior Designers in Bulgaria (AIDB) in 2010 and has greatly contributed to promoting the profession of interior design. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Executive Council of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI). She is also the founder and chair of the „Entrepreneurship and Startup“ Council at BCCI.

Gena Sabeva founded the Investment Agency in Construction (AIC) to provide complete service to Bulgarian and foreign investors. She is the founder of the Association of Bulgarian Traders and the Business Lady Club „Female Entrepreneurship,“ of which she is the chairperson until 2023.

The next mentoring session on March 14 at 14:00 will feature Tsvyatko Kabakhchiyski – a board member of the Central and Eastern European Trade Chamber in Vietnam.

The sessions continue as follows:

March 16, 14:00 – Dimitar Mitev – Chief Operating Officer of „Bella Bulgaria“

March 21, 13:30 – Vanya Kandova – Business coach and mentor, founder of Dynamic Talent Management LTD.

March 23, 14:00 – Ivan Stoev – A marketer with over 15 years of experience in developing marketing strategies for leading companies in the Bulgarian food and beverage industry.

During the session on March 28th with Vesselin Iliev, companies will have the opportunity to receive valuable and specific guidance tailored to their activities, enabling them to realize their products or services in new markets. He is the Chief Director of International Economic Cooperation at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This initiative is led by the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency as the main partner in the execution of the Go International (GoInt) project under the Interreg Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020 cross-border cooperation program. The primary goal of the GoInt project is to enhance the capacity, knowledge, and awareness of Bulgarian SMEs for successful entry into foreign markets.
