The Executive Director of the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA) – Boyko Takov, PhD met with Her Excellency Mrs. Dai Qingli, the Ambassador of China to Bulgaria. Boyko Takov, PhD and Mrs. Dai Qingli had a constructive conversation, during which they outlined a plan for joint initiatives for 2025. Both agreed that good cooperation between Bulgaria, represented by BSMEPA, and the Chinese Embassy would lead to economic benefits and would support both Bulgarian and Chinese companies.
Mr. Takov and the Ambassador of China discussed various opportunities to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from Bulgaria, such as participation in exhibitions in China, and organizing a two-week seminar for 25 Bulgarian SMEs focused on exchanging experience. The Executive Director of BSMEPA pointed out that initiatives could be held in Bulgaria to support Chinese companies.
During the working meeting, Mr. Takov and Mrs. Dai Qingli also discussed broader ideas for strengthening the economic relations between the two countries and encouraging cooperation. „I would like to thank Ambassador Dai Qingli for her warm hospitality and commitment to deepening the partnership between Bulgaria and China. Potential opportunities are opening before us, and I look forward to their realization in the coming year,“ stated Mr. Takov.
