The Executive Director of BSMEPA, Dr. Boyko Takov, and the Ambassador of Argentina, H.E. Alejandro Meyer, held a meeting where they discussed future initiatives to deepen business cooperation between the two countries.
Alejandro Meyer introduced Boyko Takov to the opportunities for expanding business contacts in various sectors and the export potential to the Latin American country. As a first step, the possibility of organizing a Trade Mission to Argentina was discussed, where Bulgarian companies would be able to get detailed insights into the business opportunities offered by the Argentine market for foreign companies.
The meeting also involved Juan Ignacio Camino Bavaso, Head of the Commercial and Economic Department at the Argentine Embassy. During the talks, the established economic ties between the two countries were acknowledged, with the goal of accelerating the development of trade relations for the foreseeable future.
Dr. Takov and H.E. Alejandro Meyer outlined the prospects for joint initiatives in the software industry. Both agreed that cooperation in this direction provides great opportunities, as this is a sector of key importance for the economy of Bulgaria, and Argentina is also focusing its efforts on developing and implementing innovative digital solutions.
