On 28 June 2025 Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado paid a visit to the Bulgarian Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.

Together with H.E. Ms. Marieta Arabadjieva, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Japan, and Mr. Georgi Kostov, Director of the Bulgarian Pavilion, Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado experienced immersive demonstration, presenting Bulgaria’s beautiful nature, rich culture and present-day achievements in innovation and technology.

Princess Takamado met also Lactochan – the official Bulgarian mascot at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
