Dr. iur. Alexander Minev, Acting Executive Director

Dr. iur. Alexander Minev is а Deputy Executive Director of the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency, appointed by an order of the Minister of Economy Mr. Emil Karanikolov from April 2, 2018. He has more than 7 years of legal, managerial and teaching experience in the field of business and law. Alexander Minev has worked as a lecturer in commercial law at the Law Faculty of Sofia University and as an assistant in „International Trade Law“ at the European Higher School of Economics and Management, Sofia. Since May 2014, he has been an arbiter at the International Arbitration Court. He has worked as a legal advisor at the Committee on European Affairs and Oversight of the European Funds (CEAOEF) within the 43-rd National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria. Dr. Minev is a lawyer who graduated from Humboldt University, Faculty of Law  in Berlin, Germany. He specialized in „European and International Economic and Business Law“.
